Other Charges and FEES that will apply to accounts for MOVES, ADD,  CHANGES

·        Disconnect within 6 months Fee: $155.

·        Upgrade your Line Speed: $50.

·        Downgrade your Line Speed: $75

·        Fee to change the configuration of the DSL-L2 (e.g. to change an ip Address pool $60.00

·        Fee for incorrect call out. $60.00

·        Telstra Fault Desk Charge this fee applies , when through a fault , An end user calls the Telstra Fault Desk for Assistance, a $60.00 fee applies.

·        Allow up to 21 days from the time of placing the order for installation , all accounts are subject to availability, of service  .
